Fortune
Large and juicy with bright red skin and sweet yellow flesh. It’s a popular choice for its great taste and firm texture.
Pluot
A hybrid fruit made from a plum and an apricot. It’s sweet and juicy, with a smooth skin. Think of it as a plum with a hint of apricot flavor!
Stanley
A sweet, juicy European plum. It has a blue skin and pale yellow flesh. Great for eating fresh, but it’s especially popular for canning,preserving, and drying due to its high sugar content.
Victory
Large and heart-shaped with a violet-blue skin. Its flesh is firm, juicy, and greenish-yellow with a sweet flavor. It’s a good choice for eating fresh, canning, or drying.
